In Bangladesh Walk for Life is constantly advocating that clubfoot deformity is correctable by the Ponseti method.

- We have successfully lobbied at all levels that clubfoot treatment is incorporated into public health policy.
- We have succeeded in having the work of Walk for Life incorporated into the Operational Health plan of the Ministry of health and Family Welfare.
- Through our partnership and MOU with the government we have succeeded in have clubfoot treatment recognized within the public health system.
To the medical practitioners and members of the NGO community we inform, educate and advocate with a regular newsletter.
At the village/upzilla level staff at 12000 government community health clinics explains to patients that the government has a policy to correct clubfoot deformity free of cost.
Walk for Life is a governing member of Global Clubfoot Initiative. Their Vision and Mission is:
